How can I get my Order Delivered Faster?

What is the Order Delivery Time ?
Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working days, but the actual time depends on your location and our shipping partners. Shriyam Udyog is not liable for any delays.
How to Track my Order?
Once an order is placed, AWB number and other details are shared with you via email. You can enter the AWB number on our courier partner's website and check the status of your order.
Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you accept International Orders?
Currently our website is operational for Indian Payment Systems only. For queries regarding International Orders, please contact us via email at shriyamudyog@gmail.com before placing your order and we will reach out to you.

Are these products Dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our products are dishwasher safe, but we recommend washing flatware by hand. While loading in dishwasher ensure that the flatware is loaded gently to avoid scratches due to piece to piece contact. Maintain suitable water temperature and pressure. Use mild non-acidic detergent. If possible skip the Dishwasher's air drying cycle and instead dry them with soft cloth by hand.
How to clean the product?
Wash flatware as soon as possible after use. When cleaning by hand, use soft sponge only. Few practices to follow: -Immediately dry flatware after washing. -Do not use any rough abrasive material or wired mesh/wool as they can scratch the surface. -Avoid soaking in water for extended period of time. -Make sure that the flatware is stored dry. -Avoid using scouring pads, highly acidic detergents or detergents high in sodium and chlorides. -It advisable to use mild non-acidic detergent with warm water. If not properly rinsed, detergent stains may form over the flatware which may corrode the product. Fingerprints might be visible on the surface after use. To remove them, simply use a polishing cloth or wash with warm water and rub dry with a kitchen towel or soft cloth.
Is the coating food safe?
Yes, the coating is Titanium based which has been proven totally food safe, inert and completely non-reactive with food; which makes it ideal for everyday Dining and Kitchen Usage.
Do you offer customizations in the products?
Yes, we do offer customization service to our customers and we are excited about this part! 1- For Quantity Customization in individual set items in "Mirror/Matte Finish" Category; we do not charge any extra fee (except packaging cost). Please confirm your requirements when placing an order. 2-For Designer Range, an additional cost of INR 30 (per piece per design including packaging cost) is charged extra as a service fee*. The Minimum Order Quantity is 6 Pieces per Design. The required Design on the cutlery need to be provided by the customer. This new design will then be added to the product based upon the customer's requirement**. *Final invoice will then be communicated to you via WhatsApp and/or email. Payment procedures will be same just like normal orders. **All customizations requests would be considered individual project.
In what packaging are the products delivered?
Orders are delivered in standard brown boxes. Each bunch is tied together using a cable tie/thread/rubber band, ensuring the product safety during transit. For gift boxes packaging or personalized customizations please write to us at shriyamudyog@gmail.com
