Order Processing
Upon receiving the order; typically it takes us 2-5 working days to process your order. Please ensure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Delays are possible due to public holidays or unavoidable events, but we give our best so that our customers get timely deliveries. As soon as your package ships, we'll notify you the package tracking information through text message/email. After this, our shipping partners handle the delivery. You may then relax and wait for your awesome products to arrive.
Order Delivery
Orders are delivered by our courier partners within 7-8 working days. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or military address. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. In case your address location is not served by our courier partners, then we'll be contacting you for alternative solution so that your products reach you. For special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the requested time but we cannot guarantee the same. Delays are possible due to unforeseeable circumstances and Shriyam Udyog is not responsible, but we'll help you in tracking down your package through our courier partners. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number that we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping available for PREPAID orders on or above INR 999 For orders less than INR 999; shipping charges are INR 79. Currently we are not processing COD orders due to COVID-19.
Online Payment Mode
We have integrated our platform with third-party payment service provider for seamless payment experience. All your payment information and transactions are secured. We accept all the major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard & Visa) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks available in India. Direct transfer to Shriyam Udyog Bank Account is also available. All the payment modes are available on the checkout page.
Offline Mode-COD-Cash On Delivery

Each and every piece of our product undergoes through strict quality control at our facility and are only dispatched after confirming zero defects along with durable packaging of each and every piece; for which we assure quality to our customers. We aim to provide our customers the best online buying experience and our care team is always ready to assist them with any issue. Products are eligible for return if it is delivered incorrect. We will initiate a return / replacement / exchange based upon your request. If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at shriyamudyog@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: - Order Number and Details - Delivery address - Specify the reason for the return, and in case of incorrect or missing product, please go through the terms and conditions below. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
Terms & Conditions
Any return request shall be done within 24 Hours of delivery; unfortunately after that we wont be able to consider your request. 1-We offer return / replacement / exchange as a service for a fee (return shipping) There are 2 ways of providing returns. -If the customer is self shipping, there will be no pickup charge -If the pickup is done by Shriyam Udyog's shipping provider, then the return fee structure is as below FEE Structure Orders above INR 999- Return Shipping Fee INR100 Orders below INR 999 - Return Shipping Fee INR150 Refund amount would be product cost minus shipping fee. 2-Please ensure that the returned items must be in their original packing with sealed condition. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received with all the items, tags, ties, boxes and other packaging is intact. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product. 3-Missing or incorrect/wrong product claims or theft in transit is extremely rare as we have strict Package Content Checking done at our warehouse and Moreover we have partnered with reputed courier carriers in the country. But in case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please reach out to the Shriyam Udyog team Immediately on email/WhatsApp within 24 hours and take a video before opening your box. Missing product claims require an unboxing video in proper visible condition (video must include from outer courier packaging unboxing till inside product). 4-Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Shriyam Udyog reserves the right to deny future orders and would need a payment for shipping and transaction costs from the customer (which can also be charged in subsequent orders). In case of prepaid orders, Shriyam Udyog is not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs. 5-Other Conditions: -Customized products are not eligible for returns. -Discounted items or items on sale are not eligible for return. -Any items/product which has been used is not eligible for return -Return of partial quantity can be initiated but needed to confirmed by our care team -Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. -Our website dimensions are generally very accurate. However, up to 5% variance from the stated dimensions is not considered a defect -Minor scratches or minor variation in color (may vary due lighting, space and display/screen resolution condition) will not be accepted for return. 6-We aim to process all return requests within 5 days. The Shriyam Udyog care team must receive and approve your return request by email or text on WhatsApp. Once your request is received, it may take a few days for the team to get back with or without an approval. 8-Refund only made in the form of store credit valid for 3 months. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. Any onward and return shipping as applicable will be deducted from the total amount. The voucher can be use anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations. (Two vouchers unfortunately cannot be clubbed together) All returns are subject to the discretion of Shriyam Udyog.
